What do we focus on?

We only do concrete floors: epoxy, flake, metallic, polyaspartic, polished concrete, and sealers. That focus means we have seen most of what can go wrong with a slab, from old paint that will not grind off to moisture that pushes coatings up in bubbles.

Every job starts with mechanical grinding, crack repair, and a moisture check. We do not roll coatings onto acid-etched or bare concrete and hope it sticks.

How do we price jobs?

We look at the floor, measure it, and give you one written price. It covers prep, patching, materials, and cleanup. If something unexpected turns up once we start grinding, we show you and talk about it before doing any extra work.

What is it like to work with us?

• We use dust collection on our grinders and protect walls and doors.
• We explain cure times so you know exactly when you can walk and park on the floor.

Where do we work?

We work in Anaheim, CA, including West Anaheim, the Colony, and Anaheim Hills. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
